OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: PPA Survey Ticket Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on November 29th, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on December 20th, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor will have the sole discretion in determining the timeliness of any action or inaction related to the Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those residing in the same household (people who live within the same dwelling regardless of whether they are related) of Professional Pickleball Association (“Sponsor”), and of their parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes are void where prohibited.

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, a potential entrant may enter by accessing the Sweepstakes entry site at https://surveys.lifepointspanel.com/survey/bor/v3/AMS/91268929/w2?list=99 (the “Entry Site”) and accurately completing the online entry form, including a few, short survey questions. When you enter, you will be asked to opt in to the Sweepstakes, and you must opt in to enter. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion and at any time during the Sweepstakes, that any entry violates these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to remove and disqualify the entry. Sponsor retains sole discretion as to whether any entry complies with the Official Rules.

By entering, entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final in all respects. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the email account associated with the entry. Limit one entry per household. Entries in excess of that limit will be disqualified if discovered by Sponsor. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Entrant will be deemed the authorized account holder of the email account associated with the entry. “Authorized account holder” of an email account is defined as the person designated as the account holder by the email service provider. If you choose to enter using your mobile phone, standard data rates may apply. See your wireless service provider for pricing plan details and capabilities. Automatic or pre-programmed entries are prohibited.

4. WINNER SELECTION: After the close of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will select one potential prize winner by random drawing from among all eligible entries in each group.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners via email, and each potential winner must follow the instructions outlined in the message within 48 hours of notification attempt. Each potential winner will be required to provide identification (e.g., via valid state-issued driver’s license, passport or other government-issued I.D. containing the entrant’s name, date of birth, and photograph). If potential winner does not follow the instructions outlined in the direct message within 48 hours of the first notification attempt, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if potential winner is not in compliance with the Official Rules (including eligibility requirements), if potential winner is unable to unwilling to travel on the dates set forth below, and/or if potential winner fails to sign and return any required documents or provide required identification by the deadlines set by Sponsor, that potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing from among remaining eligible, non-winning entrants for that winner’s group, time permitting.

6. PRIZES: There is one (1) grand prize consisting of two (2) VIP single day tickets to a regular season PPA Tournament or MLP Event of winner’s choice (the “Event”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is: $575. 

Seat location at the Event is in the sole discretion of Sponsor. All other prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion and are subject to change. The Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, pandemic, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural or man-made disaster that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Event. If the Event does not occur for any reason, that portion of prize will not be awarded. Winner agrees to comply with all PPA event rules and terms and conditions related to the Event. Neither Sponsor, nor the Released Parties will replace any lost or stolen travel vouchers or certificates. All travel and lodging will be at the risk of the winner. Sponsor and the Released Parties shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of travel and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof.

Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Winner may not substitute, assign, or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash. Prize details in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prizes offered are provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee either express or implied by Sponsor. Any federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. All costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to any additional ground transportation, parking fees, luggage fees, meals, souvenirs, and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winner. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible prize claims are received, but in no event will more prizes be awarded than are provided for in these Official Rules. If a printing, programming, or other error leads to more prize claims than there are prizes provided for in the Official Rules, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. Limit one prize per person and per household. 

7. GENERAL: Prize winners and all entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Prize Provider,  any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property that may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of prize awarded or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the prizes. Prize winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of a prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use prize winners’ names, likenesses, and entries for promotional purposes (including any possible public relations opportunities) without further compensation except where prohibited by law (TN residents need not so consent). Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acts in an annoying, abusive, threatening, or harassing manner. If a dispute arises regarding compliance with these Official Rules, Sponsor may consider, in its sole discretion, data reasonably available to Sponsor through information technology systems in Sponsor’s control, but Sponsor will not be obligated to consider any data or other information collected from any other source. Any failure by Sponsor to enforce any of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of such Official Rules. If there is a conflict between any term of these Official Rules and any marketing or other materials used in connection with the Sweepstakes, the terms of these Official Rules will govern. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes that may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor will award the prizes in a random drawing from non-suspect, eligible entries received for each group prior to cancellation as outlined above, provided it is able to do so, and will announce the termination on the Entry Site. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.

8. IN CASE OF DISPUTE: As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or prizes awarded, will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event will entrant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or other legal costs. Some jurisdictions do not allow for limitations on the ability to pursue class action remedies, or certain kinds of damages, and so these limitations may not apply to you. All entrants expressly agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules must be brought only in the federal or state courts located in Dallas, Texas, and entrants consent to the mandatory and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts with respect to any such legal proceedings. This Sweepstakes will be governed and enforced pursuant to Texas law, excluding choice of law provisions.

9. SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

10. ENTRANTS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information collected by Sponsor from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, located at www.ppatour.com.

11. WINNERS LIST: For the names of the winners, available for a period of 60 days after the close of the Sweepstakes Period, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: PPA Survey Ticket Giveaway Winners List, 2100 Ross Ave., Ste. 550, Dallas, TX 75201. Requests must be received within 60 days of the close of the Sweepstakes Period.
