  • First title for Bright and Patriquin as a team.
  • Bright has five career Mixed Doubles titles, all with different partners.
  • Bright has been part of four teams to beat Waters and Johns. 
  • Waters and Johns had won their last eleven tournaments together.
  • Bright and Patriquin had more Clean Winners, 18-3.
  • Bright had no errors on Serves/Returns/Thirds.
  • Longest rally: 38 shots.

MEN’S DOUBLES FINAL: (1) Ben Johns and Gabe Tardio def. (2) Christian Alshon and Hayden Patriquin, 8-11, 11-6, 11-8, 13-11.

  • Tenth title this season for Johns and Tardio.
  • Johns and Tardio had more Clean Winners, 27-19.
  • Tardio had no Dinks into the net or wide.

  • Waters’ 60th Women’s Doubles title.
  • Bright and Waters had more Clean Winners, 14-8.
  • Bright and Waters had fewer errors on Dinks, Serves, Returns and Thirds, 9-3.
  • Black hit 46 Third Shots; Johnson hit 7.
  • Longest rally: 43 shots.

MEN’S SINGLES FINAL: (4) Chris Haworth def. (10) Ben Johns, 11-6, 11-6.

  • Haworth’s fifth career PPA title.
  • Johns had won 12 straight finals appearances, dating back to Sept. 2023 (Cincy).
  • Haworth had more Clean Winners, 15-5.
  • Johns had five Return errors.
  • Longest rally: 18 shots.

WOMEN’S SINGLES FINAL: (1) Anna Leigh Waters def. (2) Kate Fahey, 11-3, 11-1.

  • Waters’ 59th career Singles title, and eighth this season.
  • Waters is now 13-0 all-time against Fahey.
  • Waters has won at Mesa five straight years.
  • Waters is 48-0 in Finals since losing in June 2022 (Todd, Orange County).
  • Waters had more Clean Winners (10-3), and had no errors on Serves or Returns.
  • Longest rally: 13 shots.
