Samantha Parker

About Samantha Parker

Samantha was born and raised in Grapevine, Texas. She grew up playing tennis and played for the University of Arkansas Fort Smith and later for the University of Texas at Dallas, where she finished her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. During her collegiate tennis career, she was named Conference Freshman Player of the Year and two-time ITA All American competing in the 2021 NCAA National semifinals in doubles.

She was first introduced to pickleball in September 2022 and started to compete seriously in mid 2023.Samantha still resides in Grapevine with her husband Vaughn. She has also practiced Tae Kwon Do for twelve years and holds a second degree black belt. In her free time, Samantha enjoys lifting weights, cooking, baking, and playing video games.
