Braden Jacobson is a professional pickleball player competing on the PPA Tour in men’s singles, men’s doubles, and mixed doubles. He has established himself as a notable competitor in the rapidly growing sport of professional pickleball.
Background & Career
Braden Jacobson began playing pickleball in 2020 with his dad. By 2023, he was competing with a local 5.0+ moneyball group, and in 2024 he became the first-ever Pay it 4rth Scholarship athlete, training under Allyce Jones and capturing the PPA Junior Mixed Finals title.
His involvement with the Pay it 4rth program continued into 2025, where he competed in multiple Junior PPA events, PPA Challengers, and Pro Qualifiers. Braden qualified for several main draw events, including with mixed partner Elsie Hendershot at the Red Rock Open and men’s partner Andrew Caldarella at the Fukuoka Open, where they reached the quarterfinals.
On the junior and state level, Braden also claimed titles in the Best of Utah, the Sundance League, and the Utah State Championship, becoming a standout in the inaugural Utah High School Pickleball season.
